Job Title	Casual Youth Specialist/Child Care Worker
Department	Juvenile Home
Job Summary	Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Program Services Coordinator, Team Leader or Shift Supervisor personnel, provides direct care supervision to residents of the Juvenile Home. Assists in providing a safe, secure environment and implementing treatment programs.
Starting Wage	$12.56 per hour (non-degree) / $13.35 per hour (degree)
Minimum Requirements	High School Diploma/equivalent; prefer Bachelor’s degree in related field. Two years of work experience in facility or at least 30 semester hours. Applicant must pass physical, drug screen, TB test and LEIN Check.
Status	Casual, on call, available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
